1- Remove ends from beans and break large ones into two. Wash and set aside.
Note: This dish is served cold.
Ingredients:
2- Finely chop onions and lighlty saute in the olive oil.
3- Add peeled and chopped tomatoes. Saute for 5 minutes.
4- Add beans and stir through. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
5- Add 350 ml water and continue to simmer for 20 minutes.
6- Remove lid and add salt. Continue to simmerslowly until beans are cooked.
7- Remove from heat and replace lid. Allow to cool berfore serving.
