
1- Wash and grate zucchinis. Squeeze excess liquid from zucchinis.
Ingredients:
2- Break eggs into a large mixing bowl. Add grated zucchini, finely
chopped parsley and dill. Mix well.
3- Slowly add flour to mixture, stirring constantly.
4- Add salt to taste.
5- Heat oil in pan. Drop spoonfuls of mixture into hot oil. Fry until
golden brown. Remove from pan and place on absorbent paper.
6- Arrange on serving platter and serve.
