1- Melt margarine in saucepan, add flour and stir until lightly browned.
2- Add milk gradually, stirring continuously.
3- Add sugar, crushed mastic and continue stirring on low heat until mixture thickens slightly.
4- Transfer mixture into a large bowl and beat on high speed with an electric mixer for approximately 20 - 25 minutes. 5- Pour mixture into a large dish.
6- Let cool and cut into 10 cm square portions. Roll each one and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
Note : Mastic is a superior form of gum used in some dishes to enhance texture and flavour. It can be found in specialty shops.
