KUSBASI SIS KEBABI (Diced Lamb On Skewers)


1- Grate onion and remove its liquid. Place diced lamb in a bowl and add onion and lemon juices. Cover and rest for a few hours.
2- Cut peppers and tomaotes into large pieces. Place meat and alternate layers of peppers and tomatoes on skewers.
3- Cook on hot plate or barbeque, turning frequently.
4- Serve with a fresh garden salad.
