Kilic Sis (Sword Fish on Skewers)



1- Cut fish into small pieces. Add lemon juice, oil, onion juice, salt, pepper and bay leaves. Mix and allow to rest for 5 hours.
2- Place fish pieces on skewers. Barbeque for 5 minutes, brushing marinade over fish.
3- Serve with lemon juice and a fresh garden salad.
