The Museum of Side is situated next to the Agora and the Gate of Vespasian. It is just across the road from the Agora before the gate.
Originally, the museum building was a Roman bath. The water basin, the marble floors and the ceramic pipes are still intact and part of the building today. The museum displays this bath and a large number of other pieces from city and surroundings.
Among the pieces on display we can say the Medusa heads, Nike, altar of the Apollo temple, column bases, statues of gods, goddesses and emperors and a vast number of other smaller items are definitely worth to see.
